A very good phone for this price.
These are what i found out... and not sure if these will be the points you would consider to choose a phone
Pros :
1. Good user interface.Its fast and easy
2. Supports Wifi and 3G
3. Has touch key pad (not physical) in both landscape and potrait mode.
4. Supports java applications/games
5. Good camera
6. For that price ,you wont find a lot of phones giving these features.
7. Good sound capability
Con :
1. LG has a app store, but this phone is conisdered as a non us phone. So people who buy it in US will not be able to make use of online LG app store. (This phone works perfectly fine whether you are US or not- its just the online site which we cant take advantage of)
2. Camera tough impressive in day light ,not really good for dim light, inspite of 8 MP and flash.
3. GPS is assisted GPS ,so you need wifi or 3g to use its GPS properly.
Its a good phone if you dont want to spent a lot of money on iphone.All we need basically is available in this phone like Internet,music,photo etc etc.It a good valu for money and happy with this. one more thing its sleek and cool from style perspective.

Some features are comparable with other and rate better in most of the aspects. Camera is amazing with the resolution.

SIM did not register on the phone -- 2010-09-08
I was so excited to get this phone, just my style...But when I put my SIM card in and fired it up it would not register my SIM card!! I have AT&T as my carrier, and expected this phone to immediately start working. Am I missing something here??

Terrible reception -- 2010-07-10
Reception for this phone is terrible. Will not work in my home or at work. My 4 year old motorola KRZR worked great in these locations. Thankfully Amazon allowed me to return this phone for a full refund. Purchased this phone based on high ratings from previous reviews. But in my area phone is useless.

As I am totally blind, this phone is very user-friendly for me. I love how it speaks the numbers when I am dialing it and it's very easy to access voice mail. I like the fact that all of the different features are separated so I know which button or feature does what. The fact that the buttons are bigger is also helpful.

Por su precio es un teléfono que cumple con lo necesario.
Yo tengo tres días de usarlo intensivamente y esto es lo que he experimentado:
ANTECEDENTES DEL USUARIO:
Este es mi tercer teléfono y el primero con pantalla táctil. En realidad quise probar con un teléfono más económico para saber si me iba a poder acostumbrar especialmente porque me comunico bastante por mensajes de texto.
El uso principal que doy al teléfono es para hacer y recibir llamadas, intensivo mensajes de texto y ocasionalmente conectarlo al stereo de mi carro para usarlo como USB.
PROS:
* Definitivamente el precio es su principal atractivo para ser un "touch phone"
* La calidad gráfica realmente me gusta
* Los menús de opciones son fáciles de usar
* El reproductor de música es intuitivo y
* el tamaño del teléfono se siente cómodo en la mano
* la opción te teclado QWERTY y T9 tienen respuesta rápida al "teclear"
* La batería es duradera (claro depende del uso)
* Tiene stylus
* El bluetooth funciona bien con mis Motorola S805 BT headset
CONS:
* El manual de mi teléfono venía únicamente en idioma Checo
* El radio no funcionó (aunque no lo uso sería bueno que todas las aplicaciones funcionen)
* No hay un sitio en internet para descargar aplicaciones, manuales, rigtones, etc.
* El browser es incómodo y poco eficaz
* el visualizador de documentos es un poco lento cuando contiene imágenes
* La conexión OBEX es lenta
* No tiene conector de 3.5 mm para audífonos
RESUMEN:
Para las personas con necesidades básicas y que a la vez quieren un teléfono que luzca moderno y que no castigue tu billetera esta es una buena opción.

They offered to take it back, but I'm in a business trip, for 6 months, and I bought the phone for this trip... And now I'm stuck in South America, with a defective phone, with a T-Mobile logo right on top of the screen...
but i'm not a T-Mobile customer, neither is T-Mobile the phone's manufacturer...
Even worse than sending me a weird phone, is the fact that the seller doubted or questioned the fact that the T-Mobile logo is on it...
Unacceptable!

This phone doesn't have wi-fi or a camera, but otherwise it is an awesome phone. Right out of the box I still have not had a single problem out of it. It's very sleek and in my opinion not the least bit dated in it's looks. Very sharp looking phone. If you want a high end stylish Blackberry but don't necessarily need the internet much or the use of camera, this is an awesome choice. Others have mentioned that it didn't seem brand new but mine was indeed new sealed in the package and everything. VERY PLEASED.

I Have received a Defective Piece -- 2010-08-18
I have purchased this product and when I received the product, I switched it ON. I started to check the features and approx 10 min after the mobile got switched OFF. I charged the battery, but useless. I tried the to check with a charged battery, still useless. I also tried my battery in a different same model and the battery was working.
So, I have received a defective piece.
Now Adorama Camera the vendor is neither giving me an exchange nor refund of the money.
It was a very very bad experience.
I trust Amazon Shopping site, hope my problem will be sorted sometime.

This item said NEW but when I recieved this it was not. The parts were packed ziploc bags, the box was like crap and sealed with printer label, the phone case was missing. The only thing i saw new was the front and back cover which can be easily replaced.

La verdad es que mi critica no es en cuanto al producto sino al servicio prestado por la empresa que suministra el mismo; ya que la compra la realice a traves de AMAZON.COM a principios del mes de diciembre 2009 y estamos a 15 de abril 2010, y aun no he recibido mi mercancia, al igual que dos productos mas que compre a traves de la pagina como fue un estuche de lujo para Camara Digital Sony DSC T90 y un Blacberry Curve 8320 edition Titanium; siendo ademas la fecha donde las empresas que suministran estos productos me indican que la empresa USPS contratada para el envio indica que la mercancia fue entregada y recibida en el mismo mes de diciembre, ellos no van a hacer nada. Y el problema surge en que hice el envio de mis compras a una misma direccion de POBOX en MIA y los demas productos enviados con otras companias de entrega, si fue recibido sin inconveniente, pero estos 3 productos los entregaron a otra persona en un PO BOX similar, y ahora no quiere NADIE responder por mis compras.
La verdad necesito comprar productos nuevos y lo mejor lo he conseguido aqui en AMAZON pero no me atrevo a realizar mas compras, porque sinceramente ya no confio en si recibire o no lo que adquiera, ya que no es posible que en 5 meses no me den respuesta sobre mis articulos extraviados.
En Venezuela tenemos problemas con los dolares, hice el esfuerzo para hacer mi compra y exijo que me respondan con el envio de mis articulos adquiridos, o de los dolares gastados por los mismos, ya que eso es lo menos que pueden hacer por un cliente INSATISFECHO como lo estoy yo, y como he escuchado de otras personas aqui en Venezuela.
Si alguien lee esto, este atento a que pueden perder su dinero ya que no recibiran respuesta ni colaboracion de nadie.
