 | Garmin Forerunner Quick Release Kit
Lost my 305 for 2.5 hours -- 2010-09-07 I use this mount for road riding and running. For what it is designed for, that is a quick way to switch between sports, it is a fairly effective method. The trouble lies in if your road or mountain bike rides occur over rough surfaces. In Atlanta the city government has allowed the streets to deteriorate to a point where our group rides are being re-routed due to deplorable road conditions. On one such bumpy ride, my 305 apparently bounced off without my knowledge. A couple of miles past the ejection point I was shocked to look down and find a blank mount where my 305 usually rests.
The good news is that I found it after a 2.5 hour search in the thick ivy and tall grass lining the road. What a pain, but it would have been much worse to take a $180 hit had I not found the unit. Anyway, have gone back to using the wrist strap around a Polar mount until Garmin comes up with a better mounting solution. If you ride bumpy roads with this mount, keep an eye on your GPS.
Great Product -- 2010-08-21 I bought this to go with my Forerunner 305 to track my training on both bike and runs. Easy to install (both wrist band and bike mount) and works well in both modes. Much easier to read my 305 when mounted on the bike. I actually prefer the Velcro wrist band over the watch band as is easier to get on/off from the swim to bike and bike to run transitions in triathlons where every second counts. Money well spent.

 | Garmin nüvi 1300 4.3-Inch Widescreen Portable GPS Navigator
good -- 2010-09-05 Product is good, but it dosen't have lane assist feature, overall i rate the product 4.
Great mobile GPS -- 2010-09-03 This GPS is a very nice product - it fits into my purse and works sitting in my car ashtray - I did not need to use a mounting device to put it in the front window. I was surprised to find out that I can charge it on my car lighter socket - even with the car turned off. I have ordered the computer USB cable on ebay - as I want to be able to get updates and city info for travels. The unit is small enough to fit into an old camera case that I had - so I did not need to purchase a carrying case to protect it.

 | Universal 4.3-inch Screen Protector for Garmin Nuvi
nice -- 2010-09-01 I am a sticker for screen protection and this did just the trick. It didn't interfer with touch screen and the reflects were do-able. I have no complaints.
Screen protector -- 2010-08-31 I carry my nuvi in my briefcase and it gets knocked around quite a bit. A screen protector is a necessary addition and this one fits perfectly.

 | TomTom ONE 140-S 3.5-Inch Portable GPS Navigator
Small and nice but slow and inaccurate -- 2010-09-06 Just got my new Tom Tom One 140-S. Even though i love Tom Tom's interface, there are 2 major disadvantages to the product I noticed:
1. Takes a long time to find a GPS signal after turned on (around 3 minutes).
2. Even though I just bout the product, many speed limits indicated in the GPS are wrong. I traveled along Rt 84 and for the most part of the way it displayed a speed limit of 55 mph even though in reality it was 65mph. Very confusing and inaccurate.
Perfect!! -- 2010-08-29 I bought this product in May as my wife and daughter were going on a small trip. They found it very easy to use and helpful. I use it myself to find houses to roto-till gardens. Easy to use and a great product I would recommend it to anyone.

 | Magellan RoadMate 1200 / 1210 / 1212 / 1340 / 1400 / 1412 / 1430 / 1440 / 1470 GPS Portable Wall Plug-in AC Home Charger
This was a steal on Amazon! -- 2010-08-19 I have a Megellan Roadmate 1440, great little GPS. Only problem it doesn't come with a wall plug-in AC charger. Megellan's cheapest charger is 29.95. This was a couple dollars....and it works great. I feel like I won the lottery....haha* I love a bargain.
Magellan RoadMate 4700 Charger -- 2010-07-22 I got this after Christmas as my wife couldn't figure out what model I needed. This has worked easily but takes some getting use to since it really isn't as intuitive as a Mac.
The best place for us is in Orange County because the streets start out going East then turn North then South. You get the idea, the roads go all around the map. When we have traveled to South Orange County this is a God Sent. Very happy to have it, and, we are never late anymore when traveling there!
I would recommend this extra item to all. That way when you first get the Magellan RoadMate and are putting in all your addresses the battery will stay charged if you have this plugged in. Great item for those initial times of data input.

 | Garmin Edge Handle Bar Mount
Warning: not compatible with Edge 500 -- 2010-07-22 While item description simply says something along the lines of "extra bike mount for Edge GPS units", this bike mount is *not* compatible with Edge 500. For Edge 500, you'll need Quarter Turn Bike Mount (part number 010-11430-00). This bike mount and quarter turn mount are completely different and incompatible mounting systems. Note that Edge 500 comes with two bike mounts in the box (it doesn't say anywhere in the description or on the box, but I got two, and saw reports from other people that got two too), so if you only need two, you don't need to order extra one.
I gave it neutral three stars (it's required field), though I haven't actually used the item (I have Edge 500).
Ggarmin Edge handlebar mount -- 2010-05-16 I ordered the mounts after searching for a source that was reputable (Amazon Prime)that had pricing consistant with comparable cost on the same item. Shipping was consistant with other distributors.
Product arrived on time in good condition.

 | Eforcity's Universal USB Car Charger Adapter
Great for power hogging cell phones -- 2010-08-26 I have a Sprint/HTC EVO. I tried to use similar cheap chargers from ebay, but they were only 500 mA output, and the battery on my EVO would drain even while charging. These chargers are 1000 mA, so they have twice the output current. They are great for charging my EVO, but because you can switch out the USB cable, you are not tied to only a micro USB device.
Awsome! -- 2010-08-25 I got this a few days ago and it works great!
It is easy to fit and charged the ipod.

 | Garmin nuvi 465/465T 4.3-Inch Widescreen Bluetooth Truck GPS Navigator
NUVI 465T -- 2010-08-29 VERY GOOD PRODUCT!!! JUST A LITTLE COMPLICATING ON HOW TO SET WEIGHTS AND ALSO SAYS "NOT A PREFERRED TRUCK ROUTE" A LOT....
Does the NUVI 465T pass the test? YES!!! -- 2010-08-28 Well, I am a long haul trucker and a pilot as well. The first thing to get out of the way is the argument as to whether to use it or not. My philosophy is that it is yet another tool to navigate with, along with maps, compass, stars and anything else you want to navigate by. I would not suggest that this retires anything before it so lets not get into that match. What it does do is get you from A to B very nicely. It is like having someone in the seat next to you telling you to turn here or there and get set in the proper lane. It knows your speed, direction, when you stop, start or get off on the wrong path. I have used it extensively in the car and truck. Of course, when used with the truck it allows input of all the necessary information such as weight, height, width, length, pulling one or multiple trailers, HazMat, etc. Based upon those inputs, it is designed to keep you off of roads that you shouldn't be on. I have been using it about a week with the truck and it has not steered me wrong yet. Most certainly, the biggest benefit is when you are in unfamiliar places, it may be dark or busy, and you need something to help you safely navigate that last bit of territory. Well folks, it is worth its weight in gold in that respect. In a car it is just a hassle to get lost or off on the wrong road. In a big truck, it can be a disaster. A ticket or wreck would buy this device several times over when it is said and done. I will always be in favor of anything that reduces our workload in that truck so that we can concentrate on what is around us. This unit fits that bill very nicely and accomplish other tasks as well such as, finding points of interest, restaraunts, banks, atms, etc. It seems to do what it was designed to do very well and I can highly recommend it.

needs design upgrade. -- 2010-08-29 The inner surface for the suction mount needs to be raised to provide more clearance for the gps frame.
